SUMMARY

Our firm was appointed by Ascort Homes to provide comprehensive project management for this premium 8-floor residential development comprising 16 luxury apartments and a pent-floor residence. Although we were not involved in the original design, we were introduced at the carcass stage to take full responsibility for coordinating and driving the project to completion.

Our scope included:

• End-to-end project management from carcass to final handover
• Coordination and supervision of all contractors and finishing teams
• Quality control and compliance oversight
• Management of all interior fit-out works
• Ensuring seamless execution aligned with the client’s luxury standards

Through disciplined coordination, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality, we transformed an incomplete structure into a fully finished luxury residential development, delivered to the high standards associated with Ascort Homes.
