Our firm proudly lead the redesign of an existing hotel development in Delta State, reimagining the facility to meet modern hospitality standards while enhancing its architectural identity. The project features a basement level and four upper floors, accommodating 69 contemporary suites thoughtfully planned for comfort and efficiency.

Central to the redesign is the creation of an iconic architectural form that transforms the existing structure into a true landmark. The building’s dynamic silhouette, refined spatial organization, and upgraded functional elements come together to deliver an architectural masterpiece that elevates both guest experience and the surrounding urban context.
